I think the majority prefers a broad utilitarian framework: The more that benefit, the better. That's why most governments of developing countries prioritize lifting the lower-class citizens from poverty and this is also why the UN focuses most on people with incapabilities (mental, physical, social). “I think globalization and sustainability are both terms that are becoming increasingly relevant with the development of modern societies. Globalization has a complex relationship with sustainability: it can be detrimental to sustainable development but it is also important to recognize its potential in facilitating a future that is sustainable for both humankind and other life on earth through the unique opportunities it presents by fostering a more interconnected world.
